His and Hers — Why We Make Two Tallow Formulas

The "Mr. & Mrs." isn't just a name we liked. It's how the whole thing started: two people, two kinds of skin, sharing one kitchen and disagreeing about the balm. So we made two.

Same suet, different balance

Both formulas start the same way — grass-fed suet, rendered slow, in small batches. The difference is in the finish.

His is heavier on the tallow and barely scented. It's built for hands that work, a beard that gets dry underneath, and skin that meets the weather all day. It sinks in and gets out of the way.

Hers is whipped lighter and softened with a little honey. It spreads easier across the face and goes everywhere skin gets dry. It's the one that plays nicer under makeup and after a shower.

Neither is "the strong one" or "the gentle one." They're two points on the same idea, tuned to two sets of preferences we actually live with.

How to pick

Skin doesn't read labels, so don't overthink the his/hers part — pick by what you want, not by who a jar is "for."
