An honest note: we haven't shipped our first batch yet. Here's how shipping and returns will work the moment we do — and we'll finalize the exact details on this page at launch.

When we ship

Our first batch is rendering now. The best way to be first is to join the waitlist — we'll email you the moment jars are ready to send.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States, from our kitchen in Fletcher, North Carolina. Once we're live, most U.S. orders arrive within a few days of shipping. International shipping may come later — ask us at hello@mrmrstallow.com.

Cost & timing

Exact shipping rates and delivery windows will be shown at checkout when we launch. Because everything is made in small batches by hand, we'd rather ship a little slower and get it right than rush it.

Returns & your satisfaction

We stand behind what we make. When we're selling, if a jar arrives damaged or something isn't right, email us at hello@mrmrstallow.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund. For a personal-care product, we can't accept a used, opened jar back for hygiene reasons, but we'll always work with you if you're not happy.
